To be used to develop children's reading skills and early language development. Developed for parents to develop their own children's language, using naturally occurring situations. Provides ideas for parents, videos, games etc. Look at the website above.

 

Starting school in Reception- September 2024. If your child is due to start school in September 2024 you must apply for a school place for them. Applications open on 12th October 2023 and the closing date is 15th January 2024. All information about how to apply online can be found on the NYCC website at www.northyorks.gov.uk/school-admissions

Measles- Please ensure that your childs MMR vaccinations are up to date.

 

Supervised tooth brushing programmes. Children up to the age of 8 should have their tooth brushing supervised. They should brush for about 2 minutes before bedtime and another time thats fits your routine. Look on supervisedtoothbrushing.com
